Congratulations on qualifying for the Urban Debate National Championship!
This form will provide NAUDL with debater and coach information for this year's event. No information will be transmitted until you hit Submit. You can save your progress on this form and come back to it at a later time. This page is for debate team information only. Only complete this form once you have fully qualified for the tournament. Team Entry forms will be due no later than March 3rd.
To complete this form you will need:
- Names, date of birth, graduation years, and dietary restrictions/food allergies for debaters
- Signed media release forms for all participants (Under 18/Over 18)
- Signed Emory Liability Waiver for all participants
- Proof of school district employment or recent background for coaches
- Proof of Mandatory Reporter Training completion
If you have more than one entry in this year's event, you will need to complete a separate form for each entry. Leagues participating in the Debate en Español will also need to fill out a separate entry form.
